• Thijs Manders DVM will present two oral sessions in cooperation with Utrecht University:
  • Tuesday 7 October from 14:00 to 14:15: 'Intestinal Translocation of Enterococcus Cecorum in the First Week of Life After Experimental Infection in SPF Broilers'
  • Tuesday 7 October from 14:45 to 15:00: 'No effect of a wire-obstacle model on the proportion of typical lesions and positive re-isolations after an experimental infection with Enterococcus Cecorum in SPF broilers'
• Anneke Feberwee DVM, PhD, EBVS® will present:
  • an oral session on Wednesday 8 October from 16:30 to 16:45: 'The effectivity of two coryza vaccines against an emerging serovar C-4 strain'
  • a poster titled 'Gallibacterium anatis in Dutch poultry: occurrence, genetic diversity and association with peritonitis syndrome in layers'
• Jeanine Wiegel DVM will present:
  • an oral session on Wednesday, October 8 from 16:45 to 17:00: New strain of Ornithobacterium rhinotracheale causes sepsis in SPF broilers without co-infection'
  • a poster titled 'Field assessment of plasma concentrations of Doxycycline during colibacillosis treatment, variability and implications, compared to laboratory conditions'
• Professor Sjaak de Wit DVM, PhD, Dipl. ECPVS will present:
  • an oral session on Thursday, October 9 from 16:15 to 16:30: 'Effect of vaccination on transmission of Infectious Bronchitis virus strains QX and Var2'
  • a poster titled 'Broad protection induced by a live vaccine containing an IBV mass and Q1 strain'
• Willem Dekkers DVM will present two posters:
  • 'Efficacy of a bivalent vHVT-IBD vaccine against early challenge with a reassorted IBDV strain (North-Western European A3B1)'
  • 'Immunosuppressive Effect of a reassorted IBDV strain (North-Western European A3B1) by assessing ND vaccination efficacy and lesions due to secondary Ornithobacterium rhinotracheale infection'
